备注：主要观鸟点为保护区内的公路两侧，以及山顶木栈道周边的湿地。因为公路较长，且雉鸡类鸟较为惧怕人类，建议乘车赏鸟。新桥至界碑的公路两侧映山红花开得很美，但没有什么鸟，从观鸟角度不推荐。另外泰宁的自然风光和人文都值得一看，我们第二日下午去了九仙潭漂流，第三日下午去泰宁古城的尚书第参观，不考虑门票价格，感觉都不错。（本记录采用2013版中国鸟类名录CBR，三组数据分布为三次观鸟的记录）
