雅安距离成都大概2个多小时的汽车。夏季东部没有鸟看，西部就不一样了哦，雅安碧峰峡的熊猫基地是赏鸟的好地方。

各位好！

经过成都观鸟会的努力争取，8月中下旬在四川雅安举办的国际动物电影节上，将举办一个观鸟周（即观鸟比赛），各位近期将代表所在鸟会收到电影节组委会的邀请函。

由于是我个人和成都鸟会协商，确定的比赛主题及邀请队伍名单，因此需要跟各位做些提醒，有不周到之处，希望谅解。

一，由于规模限制，组委会决定邀请15+2支队伍，15是鸟会或鸟友群体，每队4人，往返四川雅安的路费自理；+2是两支学生队伍，每队4人，由组委会负担路费；到雅安之后的比赛期间，各队的交通及住宿由组委会统一安排。各位收到邀请函之后，请尽快确定是否派队参加，如果不能参加，组委会将把这个机会转给其他鸟会。邀请名单附后。

二、比赛的主题是“宝兴模式标本鸟种再发现”。100多年前外国人在宝兴发现了很多物种，包括大熊猫，也包括很多种鸟类（名录见附件），如今这些鸟还在不在，值得去考察。这个创意起于10年前，终于有机会借电影节的举办来实现。但由于是政府主办的电影节，强调的方面和这个主题不一定十分贴，比赛规则和奖项设置，也许不是我们预期的，都请谅解。只要通过这次活动能使社会各方对这一区域的鸟类及栖息环境的变化有所认识，就算达到了目的。

三、《中国鸟类观察》将在此次比赛之后出版一期专辑，因此要求各队不仅有观鸟和摄影强人，还要求有人写作本队的故事、体验、感想，与刊物的读者分享这次雅安之旅和宝兴鸟种现状。

在收到邀请函之后，除了回复组委会，如有任何问题，可给我写信，会尽量帮忙解答或解决。

致 厦门 观鸟会

第五届中国国际动物与自然电影节将于2012年8月17日至20日在四川雅安举行，同期举办2012雅安国际观鸟周，进行观鸟大赛。现在我们诚挚地邀请您的观鸟组织参加本次观鸟周活动。

作为观鸟周的举办地——四川雅安，是一个名符其实的生态天堂，鸟类资源极为丰富，据不完全统计，雅安拥有约330种野生鸟类。雅安的宝兴县是“中国绿尾虹雉之乡”，早在1869年，法国传教士戴维就在宝兴观察和采集到绿尾虹雉，宝兴还是40余种鸟类种或亚种的模式标本产地。本次观鸟周的重要目的之一就是寻找雅安模式种鸟类！

本次观鸟周将邀请国内外知名鸟类专家何芬奇、雅安资深观鸟专家李桂垣等多位业内人士作为评委。比赛不仅观测记录鸟种数量，将重点从鸟类珍稀程度、研究价值、拍摄水准等多方面因素评定成绩。比赛将评出戴维至尊奖、特别大奖及五个单项奖。

每个报名的观鸟会以4人组队参赛，组委会将为每支参赛队配一名川籍观鸟向导，承担所有受邀参赛人员在雅安比赛期间的住宿和交通（不承担往返赴雅安的路费）；组委会将为两个学生参赛队报销往返雅安的火车票（硬卧）。

来自组委会橘树大姐的最新消息：


各位好！
距离雅安鸟赛的报名截止日期还有10天，我昨天刚从雅安踩点回来，有一些新的情况，跟大家汇报，以便各鸟会按时报名。

附件是比赛方案，虽然可能还会有小调整，但是大变化应该没有。请各受邀鸟会尽快组织想参加的鸟友报名，在7月15号之前把报名回执发到组委会信箱，并请抄送给我一份。

因为雅安鸟赛是雅安动物电影节举办5年来的第一次，组委会没有经验，最初的报名通知附件发送的比赛方案有很多不妥当的地方，而且宝兴县的交通食宿等各方面的条件也有异于以往我们举办观鸟大赛的地方，所以这次我和何芬奇去雅安，跟鸟赛承办方伊迪公司，主办方雅安林业局、旅游局都谈了，再根据实地考察的情况，最后形成了这个比赛方案。

和以往观鸟比赛都不一样的是：参赛队不在一个赛区，而是分成三组，安排在不同海拔、不同方向的4条山沟，在48小时的赛时内不互换地方。这可能是参赛队不太能接受的，大家都想多跑些地方，但是限于条件，只能如此。一是减少路上的时间，也减少安全隐患；二是为在一个区域好好寻找那些鸟种，毕竟这次比赛以“再发现”为目的。

另外，经过解释，组委会取消了那些“大奖”，即那些高价位的奖品。因为这不符合观鸟赛的宗旨，评委也将没法工作，不知把那个大奖评给谁。


现在确定报名的有：巴郎鱼、云鹤、流星、凌飞鹤、鹰will、山鹰，其他鸟友速速报名。名额是4个，超过部分自费，我个人意见，如果能组两个队，大家分摊一下也不错。当然，不知道组委会同意不同意（主要是住宿接待能力）还是个问题。
