全国高校鸟类同步调查项目
一． 全国高校鸟类同步调查简介： 中国保护鸟类及其栖息地联盟CBHCA（简称：中国高校护鸟联盟）在GGF(全球绿色资助基金会)的支持下，在厦门大学绿野协会 观鸟营的基础上创建起来，旨在协助对观鸟护鸟工作感兴趣的高校环保社团发展观鸟护鸟工作，团结各个高校环保社团的力量，一起为保护中国各个地区的鸟类及其栖息地而努力。 全国高校鸟类同步调查主要目的是调查全国各个高校及其周边地区的鸟类基本情况。基本活动为每个月的第一周的周日的鸟类同步调查，参与同步调查的各个高校环保社团到其学校及周边3公里的区域内进行观鸟活动，并把观察到的鸟类种类与数量的观鸟记录及时提交。 通过长期的观察与监测，了解各个地区的鸟类及其栖息地的基本情况，提高参与高校环保社团的观鸟人员的观鸟经验，为今后对当地进行有针对性的保护鸟类及其栖息地的宣教工作提供信息支持。 二． 全国高校鸟类同步调查的负责机构及联系方式： 全国高校鸟类同步调查项目的协调机构：中国保护鸟类及其栖息地联盟CBHCA（简称：中国高校护鸟联盟），项目负责人：郑锦坚（Mars）。 中国高校护鸟联盟负责人：郑锦坚（外号：Mars，厦门大学绿野协会），电话：13063093859，E-mail：feixiangmars@gmail.com或cbhca.china@gamil.com。 闽南地区联系人：高贤芳（外号：小白，厦门大学绿野协会），电话：13779909905。 华中地区联系人：刘高（外号：高山，华中农业大学绿色协会），电话：13476076980。 四川地区联系人：张凯（四川大学环保志愿者协会），电话：13668171004。 云南地区联系人：刘越强（西南林学院观鸟协会），电话：15987167139。 福州地区联系人：刘智敏（福州师范大学观鸟协会），电话：13459477894。 陕西地区联系人：李武强（西安交通大学环保协会），电话：13629207124。 山西地区联系人：李赫（晋青，原山西大学生绿色营），电话：13519846712。 江西地区联系人：余巍（江西农业大学绿源环保协会） 兰州地区联系人：江亚俐（兰州大学绿队），电话：13893156686。 东北地区联系人：张亚东（绿色龙江） 中国其他地区有兴趣且有能力参与全国高校鸟类同步调查的高校环保社团，可以与中国高校护鸟联盟联系！我们将在能力范围内尽力协助贵组织开展观鸟护鸟工作！谢谢！ 三． 全国高校鸟类同步调查的目的： 1. 调查中国各个高校及其周边地区的鸟类分布情况，掌握当地鸟类及其生境受破坏的基本情况，为今后有针对性地进行全国鸟类及其栖息地保护工作提供信息支持。 2. 通过长期的全国高校鸟类同步调查工作，提高高校环保社团的观鸟人员的观鸟经验。 3. 协助有兴趣并有能力发展观鸟护鸟工作的高校环保社团，组建观鸟护鸟项目，提供观鸟护鸟培训、技术与资金支持等，推动各个地区的观鸟护鸟工作的发展。 4. 各个高校环保社团独立运作当地的观鸟护鸟项目，通过鸟类调查与保护鸟类及其栖息地的宣传教育工作，让更多的学生与社区居民加入观鸟护鸟的行列，一起为中国的鸟类及其栖息地保护工作而努力。 四． 全国高校鸟类同步调查的要求： 1. 有一定的观鸟经验并能够长期坚持同步调查。 2. 每个月的鸟类同步调查结束后的3天内，必须及时把经过审核的观鸟记录发到济溪论坛的中国保护鸟类及其栖息地联盟cbhca.gsean.cn的“全国高校鸟类同步调查数据”版块。同时抄送一份发送到feixiangmars@gmail.com。 3. 观鸟记录必须严格按照规格填写，具体请参阅：附件1“观鸟记录表格——全国高校鸟类同步调查”。 鸟类在《中国鸟类野外手册》的编号，中文名和学名，可以参考厦门观鸟会制作的“厦门地区观鸟记录表格”，各地的特有鸟种，可以参阅《中国鸟类野外手册》。 五． 全国高校鸟类同步调查目前的参与社团： 厦门大学 绿野协会观鸟护鸟项目，华中农业大学 绿色协会，西南林学院 观鸟协会，四川大学 环保志愿者协会，福建师范大学 观鸟协会。 计划参与的高校环保社团：兰州大学绿队，西安交通大学环保协会，云南大学唤青社，晋青（原山西大学生绿色营），江西农业大学绿源环保协会，华南理工大学FRESH协会，东北林业大学 绿色使者协会，东北林业大学 观鸟协会。 六． 参与方式： 填写：附件2“申请表格——全国高校鸟类同步调查”的申请表格，发送到feixiangmars@gmail.com。 七． 时间表：每个月一次，计划为每个月第一周的星期日。 全国高校鸟类同步调查的时间表（2007年度） 2007年上半年 2007年下半年 3月4日 9月23日（考虑各个学校开学时间不一致，调整至9月份第三周的周日） 4月1日 10月7日 5月6日 11月4日 6月3日 12月2日 注：暑假与寒假期间，各个高校环保社团视自身情况，进行调查。 八． 调查范围： 每个参与全国高校鸟类同步调查的高校的校园内及其周边3公里范围内。 九． 提交记录方式： 每个月的同步调查结束后，及时将审核后的观鸟记录，发到济溪论坛的中国保护鸟类及其栖息地联盟cbhca.gsean.cn的“全国高校鸟类同步调查数据”版块。同时抄送一份发到feixiangmars@gmail.com。 十． 全国高校鸟类同步调查项目的指导人员： 厦门大学生命科学学院：陈小麟教授，李振基教授，方文真副教授，林清贤博士。 西南林学院：韩联宪教授。 中国红树林保育联盟CMPP&CMCN：刘毅。 GGF（全球绿色资助基金）：吴昊亮。 厦门观鸟会： 厦门大学绿野协会：胡菲。 十一.预计取得的成果： 1.获得参与全国高校鸟类同步调查项目的高校2007年度每个月的校园及其周边3公里地区的鸟类种类与数量的第一手记录数据，了解各个高校鸟类及其生境的基本情况。 2.2007年协助3个左右的有兴趣且有能力发展观鸟护鸟工作的高校环保社团建立观鸟护鸟项目，并在暑假观鸟营集训期间给予其项目负责人进行相关的培训与指导。 3.确定免费给参加全国高校鸟类同步调查的高校环保社团免费赠阅一年六期的《中国鸟类观察》杂志，让参与同步调查的高校环保社团加深对中国观鸟护鸟和鸟类研究工作的认识。 -------------------- 佳能50D+佳能300mmF4.0+佳能1.4X增倍镜

全国鸟类组织联席会议在2002年就开始高校的鸟类调查项目，感觉做得满好的。但是感觉参与的高校不多？具体调查的人员应该是生物系的老师和学生吧？
据我了解全国高校的环保组织涉及观鸟活动的不多。既然项目已经发出去了，也已经承诺了，中国高校护鸟联盟和厦门大学绿野协会在2007年将继续推动全国高校鸟类同步调查项目，旨在协助更助更多的高校环保社团开展观鸟工作，至于观察记录的鸟类种类多少暂时不作为工作重心。 所有的记录依然发到济溪论坛的中国保护鸟类及其栖息地联盟版块，再由华中农业大学的同学整理观鸟记录后发到中国观鸟记录中心。 2007年希望通过各种手段：主要为暑假的观鸟营和中国高校护鸟联盟年会对所有有兴趣的高校环保社团的负责人员进行培训。协助他们建立观鸟护鸟项目。 大家好，才是真的好！尽我们所能做的，去帮助更多有兴趣的组织，虽然自身观鸟实力不是特别强，但是，相信应该没有问题。 -------------------- 佳能50D+佳能300mmF4.0+佳能1.4X增倍镜

今天才看到全国观鸟组织联席会议在很早以前就开始全国高校鸟类调查的项目，好像想法一样，晕倒，项目有点重叠。
不过，我们依然会继续做全国高校鸟类同步调查项目，参与的高校基本上不重叠，数据依然会传到中国观鸟记录中心去。 厦门大学的记录2006年全年/2007年截止到2月10日的观鸟记录已经传到中国鸟类记录中心了。 中国高校护鸟联盟依然会继续推动全国高校鸟类同步调查项目，计划在未来1－2年内协助10个以上的高校环保社团开展观鸟活动。 -------------------- 佳能50D+佳能300mmF4.0+佳能1.4X增倍镜

我们2006年_2007年的经验小结.虽然经验还是不是特别丰富,但是协助高校环保社团开展工作还是可能的.
Mid-term Report of Bird Protection Project [B] By Greenwild Association of XMU From August 1, 2006 to February 1, 2007[/B] This report embraces statement of Holiday Bird-watching Camp, operation of Bird Watching and Protection Project in the fist term from the year 2006 to 2007, and building of China Bird & Habitats Conservation Alliance as well as the Mid-term Finance Report. To begin with, Holiday Bird Watching Camp 1. Research Place Gulei Town and Xingzai Village, Daizai Village and Old City Village in Gulei Island, Zhangpu County, Fujian Province, as well as Qingcao island and Jing’an Island in Caiyu Islands. 2. Achievement (1) Birds investigation: We held four times bird investigation so that 35 types of birds and more than 640 birds were recorded. Then, eleven kinds of birds and more than 120 birds were recorded, including six Egretta sacra and other precious birds. (More details in accessory I, Bird-watching Record of Bird-watching Camp in 2006) (2)Interview and questionnaire investigation: There were interview with 24 local families, and questionnaire faced to students in two classes in Grade one in Gulei Middle School, in which 80 papers were sent out while seventy-eight available papers were received, with a return rate of 97.5%. （3）Promotion and teaching of bird and habitat protection: 420 students in Xingzai primary school, Gulei Middle School and Huagang Middle School received bird protection education in classroom by six class; 630 pupils accepted environment education in the way of exhibit-board. Meanwhile, long-distant environment education is provided through communication on phone and letter among camp members and local pupils, also, situation of bird damage in Gulei Peninsula and Cailai islands can continue to be traced. （4）To foster sufficient human resource specializing in birds and habitats protection project：Training of Bird observation and protection knowledge and technique, outdoor survival knowledge and practice observation as well as environment education and project management in addition of association culture communication to form systematic understanding of relative affairs in bird observation and protection. (5)To persuade government to establish Caiyu islands bird protection area: As a result of typhoon and lack of capital and facility, the plan was not carried out successfully. Only through long-distance observation from ship rather than landing on the island with purpose to prevent disturbing birds’ normal life, consequently, we lacked firm evidence and data to persuade government to establish protection area. (6) Circuit exhibit in Universities in Fujian province: During the weekends from September to October, there were 11 exhibits of photos of Green Camp and Bird Watching Camp and two special reports, with 2,000 audiences in 11 universities covered 3 cities, they are Xiamen city, Quanzhou city and Fuzhou city. （7）Media：Strait Herald, Strait Life Daily , Xiamen Daily, Xiamen Evening News and Sina website all reported the relative Bird-watching Camp Activities.(More details in accessory II Report of 2006 Bird Watching Camp of Greenwild association in Xiamen University) 3. Hardship（1） Consuming to much physical energy under hot weather and time-consuming research work: overcoming by physical training, every member needs to jog 5,000 meters every evening and medical assist. （2） Unsure weather: undergoing the influence of typhoon three times, that is Chanchu, Prapiroon and Saomai, however, planning ahead and flexible ability of members provided less negative effect and many achievement. Secondly, operation of Bird Watching and Protection Project in fist term from 2006 to 2007： 1. Bird watching and protection promotion on campus in Xiamen University Faced to：All teachers and students on Zhangzhou campus of Xiamen University Object: To improve college students’ awareness of bird watching and protection and knowledge of relative affairs Activities: （1）exhibit-board interpretation：more than 500 students received interpretation. （2）“vote for your favorite bird in campus”: 276 available table were received, 51.45% of which entered for bird watching competition on campus and bird watching training. （3）bird-watching competition on campus and bird-watching training in Xiamen university: 4 times training of bird watching mainly by Fang Wenzhen, Vice Professor, and Lin Qingxian, teacher; 11 teams, 56 persons in total attended bird observation contest, which lasted from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 79 types of birds including 15 new kinds were recorded. 2．Bird investigation： （1）on the campus of Xiamen University in Zhangzhou and neighborhood area: Birds investigation were organized 7 times, 137 persons attended bird watching activities.91 types of birds were researched and recorded during the year 2006.(More details in accessory III 2006 Bird species list in Zhangzhou Campus of Xiamen University.) （2）in Gulei Peninsula in Zhangpu County and Caiyu islands: 39 types of birds were researched and recorded. 3． Investigation project of Mangrove Ecology and bird market:（1）Environment education of bird protection: In Dajing Primary School in Longhai City, 60 pupils in three class received 9 interpreter’s education about birds. （2）Community exhibit-board introduction and poster interpretation ：In the bazaar in Fugong Town, more than 40 members of Greenwild Association attended the exhibit-board interpretation faced to local residents. （3）Bird market research: 10 groups of camp members did research in farming trade market and approximately 30 families of villager in Fugong Town to find out the situation of bird catching, eating and trade. In addition, relatively large bird trade market in Fugong Town and Shima downtown areas was discovered after research. （4）Bird-trammeling net removed activity：3 bird-trammeling nets were discovered in mangrove protection area in Fugong Town, camp members rescue birds in trap through net removed activity, with certain danger without the help of government as a result of Chinese law which doesn’t strictly ban the use of bird-trammeling net. 4. Material preparation and handout distribution： A suit of attractive six booklists of 12 kinds of ordinary birds faced to students; A suit of 24 kinds of ordinary birds exhibit-board on show more than 10 times in Xiamen University and Gulei Town in Zhangpu County and Fuxi Middle School in Fugong Town; A suit of exhibit-board of protecting bird and habitat was made and on show 6 times. 5. Protecting forest, birds’ habitats: Refuse Using Paper of Indonesian APP Corporation. （1）campus advertisement in Xiamen University: Interpreters using exhibit-board about the damage Indonesian APP Corporation brought to forests in China to call on more students to go against APP Paper Produce. （2）E-mail promotion: Sending E-mails proposing this theme to more than 1200 members of Greenwild Association and environment protection associations of universities in China. （3）Jixi Forum propaganda：supporting this activity of refusing APP and noting “Refusing Indonesian APP Paper Produce, Protecting Chinese Forests” in red Character in every note in Jixi BBS. At last, Building China Bird and Habitat Conservation Alliance—CBHCA 1. CBHCA introduction: It is an association to foster sufficient human resource willing and specializing in birds and habitats protection project for environment protection associations in universities in china, and to assist them with birds and habitats protection work and independently operate local protection project. By effective and efficient communication among environment protection associations all round Chinese universities, there is a target to devote with efforts together to developing birds and habitats protection in China. So far, eight College environment protection association have joined in CBHCA, that is, Xiamen University Greenwild Association, Huazhong Agriculture University Green Association, Sichuan University Environment Volunteer Association, Southwest Forest College Bird Observation Association, Fuzhou Shifan University Bird Observation Association, Northeast Forest University Green Envoy Volunteer Association, Jiangxi Agriculture University Lvyuan Environment Protection Association and Jimei Environment Protection Association. 2. CBHCA New Project: CBHCA will help its members start a new project in 2007: Birds simultaneous investigation of Chinese Universities. 干得好！不过没看到厦门大学的记录比较遗憾，毕竟厦门大学的鸟类多样性还是比较高了，指导其他的学校环保社团很重要，但是如果自身建设没有跟上，指导就很难了。

引用 (岩鹭 @ 2007-02-27 16:44 ) 干得好！不过没看到厦门大学的记录比较遗憾，毕竟厦门大学的鸟类多样性还是比较高了，指导其他的学校环保社团很重要，但是如果自身建设没有跟上，指导就很难了。 谢谢岩鹭老师的建议。我们重点还是放在自身的建设上，不过觉得还是有义务协助其他高校环保社团开展观鸟工作。因为保护鸟类是所有地区所有人的责任，我觉得。 厦门大学的观鸟记录以前没有发到观鸟记录中心，今后会继续往上发，因为觉得每次都发的工作量有点大。。。 -------------------- 佳能50D+佳能300mmF4.0+佳能1.4X增倍镜
